Where SULD DNA goes in
Say the word. It is done.
One line from you. One line back: handled.
One named contact holds it — one line in, one line back — with decisions made once so they stop returning, the SULD network on call behind that line, and discretion the default rather than a feature.

The other three put SULD DNA into a business. This one puts it into the week of the person running it. The order, the pace and the finish applied to a principal’s own time: what gets decided once so it stops being decided weekly, a date that is a fact rather than a hope, and a standard held on the small things that are not small. It is reached by introduction, and it is deliberately not sold at scale.
It runs on one line. “The Geneva house, first week of March.” “Find me a tax lawyer who has done this before, not one who says he has.” “Whatever is happening with the car, end it.” No brief, no context, no attachments; if context is needed we ask one question, once. What comes back is either that it is done, or two options and the one we would take. Never a list. Never a question you have already answered. Never a status update that is not also a decision.
Most of the value is created before a single request is made. At the start there is one unhurried conversation about your standards on the things that are not small: what you want closed silently and what you want brought to you, who you will not deal with, what “sort it” means when you say it, and what may be committed without asking, up to what value. Written down once, reviewed on a date, changed only by you. A week built in the right order does not have to be rebuilt every Monday.
One named person holds the relationship — not a team, not a shared inbox, not a ticketing system, not a duty roster. A second name is agreed with you at the start, briefed on your standards, and never used without you knowing beforehand. Every request is acknowledged the same day by the person who holds it, and that acknowledgement says who owns it and when you will next hear. Anything that cannot be done, or cannot be done the way you asked, is said in the first reply rather than the fourth.
Discretion is the floor, not a feature. Your name is never said in connection with this arrangement — not to another client, not to a supplier, not as an anecdote with the details changed. Suppliers are told the minimum required to do the thing and never the reason. As little is written down as the work allows, requests are not kept as a record once they are closed, and nothing is retained for reference. There is no archive of you. This firm publishes no client names in any part of its business, by rule, and that rule was written before you were part of it.
The measure is not how many requests were closed. It is how many stopped being requests. What is handled once and decided properly does not come back every month, and the arrangement is reviewed on a date against exactly that: what should move into the standing decisions so it never has to be asked again.
What the arrangement covers.
- 01
One named contact
A single person who holds your context and is reachable on one channel — no relay, no re-briefing, no starting from scratch each time. They know what "handled" means for you, and they answer for it.
- 02
One line in, one line back
You state the outcome you want; the arrangement carries the how — the vendors, the bookings, the small negotiations, the follow-through — and reports back when it is done, not before.
- 03
Decisions made once
The recurring logistics of a principal's week are settled to a standard and stop being re-decided — the same judgement we bring to a venture, pointed at your own time.
- 04
The SULD network, on call
The vetted operators, suppliers and relationships behind our launches, available to your week — so a request lands with people who already meet our standard rather than a search that starts cold.
- 05
Discretion by default
Access is by introduction and the arrangement is private by design. What is handled stays handled quietly; confidentiality is the baseline, not an add-on.
The concierge — questions answered.
How do I start?
By introduction. This is not sold at scale and there is no funnel behind it — it begins with a conversation, usually because someone you both know suggested it.
Is this a lifestyle or travel concierge?
No. It is the operating discipline we put into ventures, applied to a principal's own week: the order things get decided in, the pace they run to, and the finish they are held to. Travel is often part of it; it is not the point of it.
Who holds it?
One named person, with a second name agreed with you at the start and never used without you knowing beforehand. Not a pool, not a rota, not a shared inbox.
What if a request touches a business SULD works with?
You are told before anything is done, not after. If we cannot act cleanly we say so and step out of that request, and stepping out is not followed by an explanation to the other side either.
What does the arrangement cost?
It is agreed with you at the start, in writing, and it does not move without you. There is no published rate for it, because the shape of the arrangement differs with what you actually want held.
