We started SULD PROJECTS in Dubai alongside our sister company JD Middle East — the medical-consulting practice named Best Full-Service Medical Consulting Firm at the MEA Markets UAE Business Awards 2019. What our team brought with it: two decades of combined expertise across nine countries, and a standard proven before we ever hung our own name on the door. We build the business behind the brand for founders entering the UAE.
SULD PROJECTS is built the harder way. One team answers for the whole venture — feasibility, the operating model, the license and approvals calendar, staffing, opening, and the growth after. Accountability that ends at a scope line isn't accountability at all.

Saeed Bali is the founder and CEO of SULD PROJECTS. He works at the operating end of a business — in the room where a clinic decides whether to open, where a wellness brand chooses which market to enter next, where a founder moving to the UAE needs the plan and the person who will run it. He learned that end of the work in medical and healthcare consulting, at our sister company JD Middle East in Dubai and Istanbul, which in 2019 was named Best Full-Service Medical Consulting Firm at the MEA Markets UAE Business Awards. Healthcare is an unforgiving place to learn it: the regulator reads the file, the dates are not yours to move, and nothing counts as finished until it is finished properly. He has held everything since to that standard.
He founded SULD PROJECTS in Dubai to widen that discipline beyond the clinic: business project management, marketing consultancy, and business consultancy for founders and operators in healthcare and clinics, wellness, spa and fitness, luxury lifestyle, health-tech and AI, and real estate. Under his direction the group now spans SULD PROJECTS in Dubai and its sister company JD Middle East in Dubai and Istanbul, with a team carrying more than 20 years of combined experience — one that has taken 50+ ventures from plan to running business. Saeed leads the work most firms treat as someone else's problem: feasibility that survives contact with the market, launches that open on time, and growth that shows up as pipeline, occupancy, and revenue rather than as activity.
He built SULD PROJECTS to be a committed partner, not a compliant supplier — an operator on the same side of the table as the founder, measured by the same outcomes. That conviction has a name: SULD DNA — the order decisions get made in, the pace the work runs to, and the finish clients feel.
