Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data SULD PROJECTS collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep our data practices limited and straightforward, and we describe here only what we actually do.

Who we are

SULD PROJECTS is a venture-launch delivery, project management and business & marketing consultancy based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We operate the website at https://www.suldprojects.com and are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. What we collect

When you submit the contact form. Our contact form collects your name, email address, service of interest, preferred contact method, and message. It also gives you the option to add your company and phone number, and it asks you to check a consent box before you send it. With your enquiry we also record the date and time, the page you sent it from, any campaign tags (UTM parameters) on the link that brought you to the site, your IP address and your browser's user-agent; the IP address and user-agent help us spot and block abuse of the form, and the campaign tags show us which channels bring us enquiries. We only receive this information if you choose to fill in the form and submit it.

When you request a downloadable checklist. Our resource pages — for example the UAE business setup checklist and the clinic influencer compliance checklist — offer a PDF that we email to you. To send it and to follow up about it, the form collects your name, your company, your role, your work email and your WhatsApp number. It asks you to tick an explicit consent box before submitting, and we record that consent together with its date and version. We only receive this information if you choose to submit the form. The form sets no cookie and does not store your IP address with your request. It records any campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the link that brought you to the page. To stop repeated or automated requests, it also keeps a one-way, keyed fingerprint of your IP address and email address (never the addresses themselves) for a limited period.

Analytics, measurement and session tools. If you click "Accept" on our consent banner (see Cookies & consent below), we load, through Google Tag Manager: Google Analytics 4 (how visitors use the site), Microsoft Clarity (aggregated heatmaps and session recordings that help us improve usability), and Google Ads conversion measurement (so we can tell which enquiries came from our advertising). All of these load only after you opt in. If you decline, none of them load and no related cookies are set. We do not run remarketing or advertising audiences.

Server logs. Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Like most web servers, the hosting environment may automatically record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type (user-agent), and the date and time of requests. These logs are kept for security and operational purposes.

Cookies & consent

When you first visit the site, we show a cookie-consent banner. Analytics cookies are opt-in: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Google Ads conversion measurement (all loaded through Google Tag Manager) run only after you click "Accept," and their cookies are set at that point. Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling and movement across the page) to build heatmaps and session recordings, and sets its own cookies, such as _clck and _clsk, to link the pages of one visit together.

If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and none of these tools load. Either way, we record your choice in your browser's localStorage so the site remembers your preference and does not ask again on every visit. You can clear this record — and reset your choice — by clearing your browser's site data.

How we use your data

We use the information above to:

  • respond to your inquiry and follow up about the consultation or service you asked about;
  • send you any checklist or resource you request by email, and follow up about it;
  • run and secure the website, including keeping it working and protecting it against misuse; and
  • understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it (analytics only, and only if you opt in).

We do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. With your consent we use Google Ads conversion measurement to attribute enquiries to our advertising; we do not build remarketing audiences or run behavioural advertising pixels.

We share data only in these limited ways:

  • Google provides Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion measurement, and Microsoft provides Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session recordings). These apply only if you have accepted on the consent banner. How each company handles this data is set out in Google's privacy policy and the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
  • Our hosting provider, Hostinger, processes server logs as part of hosting the site.
  • SULD's own CRM. Form submissions — both the contact form and the checklist request forms — are emailed to info@suldprojects.com and also sent into SULD's own internal CRM so we can manage and respond to your inquiry. The CRM is operated by SULD; it is not a third-party marketing service.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form inquiries for as long as we reasonably need them to respond to you and to serve our working relationship, or for as long as we are required to keep them. Details submitted to request a checklist or other resource are kept so we can send it and follow up about it; where a lead shows no engagement, we delete it after 24 months. Separately, the copies our website server keeps of what you send through either form (the checklist request record and a back-up log of contact-form inquiries) are deleted automatically after 12 months; the record we work from is the one in our CRM. When we no longer need your information, we delete it, and you can ask us to delete it sooner (see Your rights). Analytics and session-recording data is retained according to the standard retention settings of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, and server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations.

Your rights under UAE PDPL

We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Subject to that law, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • delete your personal data;
  • restrict or object to how we process your data; and
  • withdraw your consent at any time, including your consent to analytics cookies and to being contacted.

Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew it.
